Hi, I’m Amin Kuchaki Rafsanjani! Born in Iran and raised in the vibrant South Bay, I’ve had the privilege of calling the Bay Area home for most of my life. As a founder of Skylight Homes, I bring a blend of local knowledge, business savvy, and a genuine passion for real estate to everything I do. My background spans managing my family’s beloved local restaurant for 20+ years, earning marketing and digital marketing degrees and an MBA in business management. Let’s say business—and people—are in my DNA.
For me, real estate isn’t just about buying or selling homes; it’s about the stories each home holds and the new chapters waiting to be written. I often think of windows as the eyes of a house, offering glimpses into the lives within. My goal? To help my clients create their storybook-worthy moments while navigating the real estate process with clarity, trust, and even a few laughs.
Whether I’m helping first-time buyers, seasoned sellers, or real estate investors, I strive to listen deeply, uncover solutions, and build partnerships rooted in respect and friendship. I like to think of each client as a unique start-up business, and with my background in teamwork, from sports to education and running a family business, I know how to rally together for success.
When I’m not working, you can find me cheering on my favorite sports teams, aspiring to conquer the skies as a pilot, or supporting causes close to my heart, from epilepsy awareness to pet rescues. At the end of the day, I’m here to make your real estate journey smooth, enjoyable, and a little unforgettable.
